Everydaywristbands.com havent received item and they are diuble charging my account. Internet

I placed an order with everydaywristbands. Com On January 30th. I still have not received my package and it was supposed to be a 4 to 5 days turnaround. It takes 20 minutes to get ahold of anyone if they dont just hang up on you and they just keep saying that it has been shipped. What is worse is that they charged me back on the 2nd for the item and are now trying to send another payment through. I called and finally spoke to a lady about it and she said it was impisible  but when i insisted that i could prove it with my bank statement she then said she would have there person in charge of online payments contact me with in 10 min. I never received a phone call and had to go through my bank to file a claim. I would avoid this website if at all possible.
