Ok so I was looking at some cars in a local magazine I saw one that I wanted. It was a 1994 Camaro I do not have super credit. I have a 1991 honda prelude that I was going to trade and use the money to put down on the 1994 Camaro. After they went into the office they come at me and say that they need at least $4000.00 Down an would Finance the rest of the price at $265 a month for 18 months. I did a KBB and got the retail value of the Camaro $3,800 an the Prelude $3,200 the prelude would have gotten me $1000.00 on a trade I would still need to come up with $3,000.00 Keep in mind that the camaro is only worth $3500. After all said and done I would have paid them $6,600.00 for a car that is only worth $2,000 at most on a trade in. What is with People I would have to be insane to agree to this.
Well needless to say I didn't buy the car and I hope that no one would fall for this.
