Evo Media Lala box Freud scam Aston

I bought a Lala box that worked well for awhile after I could no longer get it to work I went to the store that used to b located in brookhaven. Rich the owner talked me into upgrading to Lala box pro.

I was told that this was the last box I would need, that if I had any issues I could bring it back, but they had 24/7 support for it. After a few months I started having issues again. No movies or TV shows were loading.

I contacted them and I was told even though my internet speed was reading above what I needed, that it was a problem with my internet. I had my internet provider come out an they made it a little better by updated things but they said my speed was great.

With the Box still not working I reached out again and was told no one else is having issues so again it's my internet. I hired on outside contractor to run new internet wire and I upgraded my internet speed. Still having the same problem I gave up.

I just saw a few weeks ago that they have a new program and they need the box for updates. I reached out for an address to drop it off. I was told to message them I did a few days later and was told that they are no longer doing updates to but another new box! I already bought 2 at 200$ over the last couple years.

After looking at the Google and yelps reviews I see others have the same negative experience. Lala box was owned by Rich and now his son is the CEO of the new company name Evo. Seems like they had such a bad name going for rich and lala box that they had to do a name change.
