EvoSafeTrade.com  This is a fraudulent site set up by hackers. This is not a legtimate company. Example:

The awards page for the 2010 European EMMA awards was copied word-for-word from the "real" page.

Fake page: http://www.evosafetrade.com/award.php
Real page: http://www.robinsonsrelo.com/robinsons-named-best-international-moving-company-2010/

The SSL certificate was issued by COMODO on April 25th, 2012. The entire site has not existed before this date either. A WHOIS record on this site used to point to some type of registration in China, now it points to their fake address on Newbury Street in Boston. (12 Newbury Street Boston MA 02116-3246). Their address in Los Angeles is fake too: 5410 Wilshire Blvd suite 601 Los Angeles, CA 90036.

They have created many fake websites to try to fake a history of successful transactions for their company. Here's another example:

FAKE: http://pirate-4x4.com/forum/showthread/951534-Is-selling-stuff-trough-eveosafefrade-all-4runnerfreak/951534-Is-selling-stuff-trough-eveosafefrade-all-4runnerfreak.html

REAL: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1063572

If you google them, you will find a ton more fake websites out there like:

FAKE: http://basebal-fever.com/showthread.php-102800-evosafetrade-any-input-scam-fraud-or-legit.htm
REAL: http://www.baseball-fever.com/forum.php?s=9c5d5b1dda917b915f4197344b89ce7c

Everything about this company is fake and is a sham. Beware...

Good News - website is gone!

AUTHOR: Patrick Chua - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, May 10, 2012

Good news everyone.  Looks like the scammer took his evosafetrade scam site down and gave up after all of this bad publicity.  I predict he will be back at it again, I will be looking for another scam on the horizon.

1)  The author of theis report would have no reason to ddos attack this post. The only person who would gain from ddos attacking ripoffreport would be YOU.

2) No one would go through that much trouble and only ask for $1,000.  Really??? Get real

3)  No HONEST company would be putting up fake web sites to promote their business. No one else would have reason to to make fake sites saying how great you are except YOU.

4)  The only person who would gain from launching ddos attacks on web sites that post against is YOU.

5) And please we incoarge you to report it to the FBI, IC3, and Local Law Enforcement, Because we did TOO.

6) Here is a copy of a email I recieved from Evosafetrade.

Senders email: EVOSAFETRADE@f**kyou.com

I believe you made out your point, but you just discovered the internet. I will not let you be the knight in shining armour that you want to. I can delete your business from the internet and you will loose all that you have without the possibility of retaliation. I can make a hobby out of it.

I can :

1- ddos your website forever
2- lock your Paypal accounts
3- post min 100 blogs that your biz is a scam
4- lock your eBay account

Please try to understand that I have nothing against you personal, but I am not afraid of you. Also, I have far better things to do than wasting time with you. You cannot win this fight.
You have until 20.00 EST to remove all posts that you made, or there will be no turning back.

The hackers who created evosafetrade.com obviously got irritated enough to respond directly to one site that was calling them out.  Direct link here: http://www.webutation.net/go/review/evosafetrade.com#

Sorry, Evo, I don't buy it

AUTHOR: Dave hates scammers - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, May 07, 2012

I have known the original poster for several years through a number of on-line BBSes.  He has never, in my experience, shown any evidence of being a Russian mobster or anything other than an enthusiast for the subject of those particular BBSes.  I find it very difficult to believe that he would be trying to extort any money from EvoSafeTrade.  I don't even think he knows enough about computers to run a DDOS attack, even if someone gave him instructions on how to be a bot-master.

I do know that several BBSes that have contained phrases similar to "EvoSafeTrade is a scam" have been hit repeatedly by DDOS attacks.  And in more than one case that I have personally been involved with (knowing the admins/hosts), the attacks have ceased after the posts with the above phrasing were removed or moved to a non-user-visible (and non-Google-indexed) area.

The pirate4x4 forum thread is interesting, in that there are long-term members who are also posting non-positive information about EvoSafeTrade.

The "cloned" websites, and easily-spammed blog comments, seem to be the only places with positive things to say about EvoSafeTrade.  And all of those seem to be very close to word-by-word copies of each other.

So, Evo, what was your company's name before it was changed by a typo by your IT guys?

Why does your address in MA point to a Juicy Couture store?  Why does the L.A. one point to another clothing store (Vince)?

Why do forums that contain harsh words about your company get subjected to DDOS attacks?

The simplest explanation appears to be:  You guys are nothing but a scam.  You've got either a couple of decent computer folks or a whole raft of script kiddies working for you, so you can spoof websites and DDOS others.

We are not a scam !

AUTHOR: evosafetrade - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, May 06, 2012

This is the second time we are subitting this post. We have identified ourselves as business. We demand the ripoffreport.com administration to let us know the IP address of the "person" that posted these accusations. Also, we require the removal of this posting since there was no transaction between us and him.

If anybody starts posting that "ripoffreport.com" is a scam on pages with rank above 6 (ripoffreport`s current google rank) then all users that type ripoffreport in google will see 100 postings that ripoff report is a scam. How about if that same person makes another 100 blogs telling that your business is a scam. How much money will ripoffreport lose ?

The author of these posts (or someone from his crew) contacted us via support@evosafetrade.com and demanded $1,000 paid via Western Union to a person in Russia to stop posting allegations about our company. He has also threatened that he will use DDOS attacks on our webiste. To prove it, he has DDOS`ed ripoffreport.com yesterday. We have reported the matter to the FBI, IC3 and local Law Enforcement.

The same person posted on  6speedonline and other forums with HIGH PAGE RANK. The reply submitted by him is just a copy paste from another post that has been removed by the admins of the other forums. The post also included the same ripoffreport.com text and the link to that report in order to boost it even higher in the search engine. Your policy states clearly that any published report cannot be used on other websites without your approval.

The person spamming  your forum is trying to EXTORT us using brute force. We will not bow down this Russian terrorist. Please help us to bring him to justice.

Still a scam, read on

If you do a Google search on "EvoSafeTrade", you will find about 50 fake websites that these scammers have created in an attempt to establish their legitimacy.  Here are more info:

- If you check the issue date of SSL certificate used on their site, you see it was issued April 25th, about a week and a half ago.

- If you check the WHOIS information, you will see that the main registrant is "GDaddy", not GoDaddy.  If you check the NameServers, they are listed as cnmsn.com, which are part of a Chinese company, BIZCN.COM

- Thread on Pirate4x4 show many of teh fake websites: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1063572 (screenshots there as well)

- If you Google streetview the addres in Boston, it leads to a juicy couture store

If you select text from their website and then Google it, you will find it matches text that has been used many times before in scam sites.  For instance, if you google the customer reviews, it is identical to the ones here: http://fraud.forumandco.com/t541-translogisticsdivisioncom

The privacy policy is stolen from the Internet, identical to the one here: http://transpwcargo.com/thrd_privacy_policy.php

It's very clear that this is a well orchestrated scam.

This is a False Report with no actual proof

AUTHOR: evosafetrade - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, May 05, 2012

We have seen the exact same post on multiple forums.

The person posting these "reviews" has a clear malicious intent to ruin our business name. Please check our Whois Information and see that we have filled out out details and our Tool Free number. The information that you see there was due to the fact that Whois Privacy was on. We have recently changed our domain name due to a mistake made by our IT department. Why would a business be categorized as SCAM just because the domain is registered with a Chinese registrar, is beyond me.

If we were a scam, as this person suggest, clearly our website would have been shut down.

I want to ask the author of this post if he has actually been to our offices in Boston and /or Los Angeles and if he found no one there. I find that hard to believe.

Our team has won the awards described on our website but because we lost our domain name, we need to start over.... All the reviews are authentic and made by our customers. We cannot make their contact information pubilc, but we will ask some of them to help us out and send you proof that we are conducting an honest business.

We never had him as a client and we believe that it would be only fair from him to reveal his identity so that we know who are we dealing with.

The post above has absolutely no connection with a transaction, it is only spam made on pages with high rank. Please remove the post as it was clearly made with the intention to use your high rank page to boost it in in the search engine.

We invite the author of this post to come to our offices in Boston and convince himself that WE ARE A REAL COMPANY. Also, we require your help to identify the author of this post and press full legal action against him.

Respectfully,

Evosafetrade
