Ewa Grace is a recruiter at Grant Thornton who is patently racist, homophobic, xenophobic and intolerant of religious diversity. Now, you might think I am your typical garden variety cry baby who would play the race card to justify my shortcomings? Think again. I was born and raised in the UU and I have an impeccable resume. As a test case scenario — my friends and I made a few amendments to some fictitious resumes and sent it to Ewa Grace using a bogus e-mail address. As expected, Ewa Grace responded to and called the candidates with Bristish sounding  names as opposed to those who appeared to be foreign or minorities — even if those resumes of minorities had better skill-sets and academic qualifications from the top schools. Ewa Grace is not only in clear violation and breach of Grant Thornton’s own equality polices but she is a complete and utter disservice to her employer and their customers when she is allowing her bigoted views to take precedent over what’s best in terms of hiring the most qualified candidate
