ewigsau.com failed to deliver the wig ordered. When the wig delivered was reported as being the wrong length and completely unusable a $20 refund (on a $90 product) was offered. Then when I explained that that is not a satisfactory solution they increased the refund offer to $30.
When I insist they supply the product ordered they tell me that I have to order and pay for the product again on their website to get the product that I've already ordred and paid for. The site represents themselves as a business operating in Australia (the wig was sent by Australia Post). But to receive a full refund they tell me I have to return the goods to the manufacturer in China at my own expense...in under 14 days to qualify for their refund.
But they avoid giving me an actual address to return the goods to (hoping I'll give up and take their partial refund or hoping the 14 day period will expire). On further investigation I realize their site has no business name and no address. The domain name details for the site are also cloaked. There is no way to find out who owns this business, what their physical contact details are, what the business name is and who runs the business.
The paypal account is a throwaway free account woloveshopping@hotmail.com. No legitimate business hides their business name and their physical address and phone number.
Customer service is an outsourcing service in China. At no time do you ever deal with someone who works in the business or owns the business (whoever that is). After multiple emails to customer service and after opening a paypal dispute and escalating it to a claim (so the $90 purchase is frozen in their account) customer service finally gives me this address to return the goods to:
Room 202, Building 5, Anhui Service Outsourcing Park, Hefei, Anhui Province, 230000, China
Again no business name, no contact name. I expect this is to ensure they can simply not accept delivery of any goods sent back to them. After 15 days without the goods being returned the paypal claim will be closed and they'll get their money from Paypal.
This is clearly a scam. They're hding their business name, their contact details and the names of any operators, they don't feel any committment to delivering the goods customers actually order and they've found a way to scam paypal buyer protection. Don't buy from this business online.

Wig photos are stolen from genuine wig vendors

The photos of wigs on ewigsau.com are not photos of wigs they have made...they're photos stolen from genuine wig vendors....
Here's an example this wig...
http://www.ewigsau.com/synthetic-capless-marvelous-bob-wig-ewbw62.html
Is a series of photos that have been edited and had the colour slightly changed from the Sheila Wig by Envy...
http://www.easiwigs.com.au/Sheila-Envy-Wigs-p/ew-5858.htm
If you look through those photos then look through the website of a vendor selling brand name wigs you'll find all the photos have been stolen. If you order a wig from ewigsau.com the wig in the photo is NOT the wig you'll be getting.
