ewritingservice.com ewriting service Took our Money and refused to refund; found out they are a scam company Internet

We hired ewritingservice.com to create a top quality article for us. We paid them over $250 to do this. We sent over a very detailed word document with instructions and guidelines to follow for this article. When we received the finished product, not only was the writing style quality extremely poor, none of our instructions were followed. 

When we put in a complaint, we were told that in order to fix the terrible article they provided, they would need to write more, therefore needing more money from us. When we refused and asked for a refund, we were told we would hear from the dispute department within 1-2 business days.

We then received an email detailing that we were not entitled to a refund because we did not describe what was wrong with the article; even though we had sent multiple messages detailing all the elements that were skipped in our initial instructions. 

On the homepage of the website, it very clearly says "Money-back Guarantee" and when we went to look into the terms of service, we were not able to locate it anywhere on the website. When we called the company to get in contact with the dispute department, we were informed that they had finished for the day as the business day was over (it was 2:00 pm EST). I then inquired as to where they were located.

The supervisor on the phone (Carolyn) informed me multiple times that they are located in the Highland Woods Business Center in Cleveland Ohio. She kept insisting that it was normal for no one to be around at 2:00 pm on a Wednesday in Ohio.

Then we tried locating this service on the Better Business Bureau and came up completely empty: there is no business by that name in Cleveland Ohio or anywhere in the United States. 

I then took it upon myself to call the Highland Woods Business Center and when I got in contact with a building supervisor, she informed me that there is not, nor has there ever been a business by that name in their building. 

Finally, we checked our credit card statement when we decided to just dispute the charge, only to discover that ewritingservice.com charges you under "CYBERJAM LTD". We did some research and discovered this is a notoriously terrible marketing company located in London. 

ewritingservice.com/ is a complete scam and fraud website. Absolutely beware and do not use their services. You will just get your money stolen and have to run around for weeks to get it back!
