Rayna Schwede was a client of mine on multiple occasions in the past prior to the Novae project she is referring to here.  This project was assigned to me 6/5/2014 they did not get all the details finalised until 8/18/2014 months after it began.  I have the original documents that were sent to me and the agreed scope.  She agreed to the price and is aware of the hourly rate I quote by so she is aware of the time I expected to go through in order to fullfill this.  The project was originally not delayed by me but by her and the designer. Their excuse was me asking that they provide the design in a standard format - AI, PSD, etc. and not PDF as was provided is that prolonged the responses.  This was due to her not being clear of the requirements and I'm assuming it was from her client. I tried to continue without bringing any of this up because we had done business before.

The project was delayed again due to me losing my house but I stayed in communication with her. Yes, I requested the balance be paid but that's after weeks of her not responding to my emails.  I completed the project according to her original scope and documents sent to me on the date mentioned aboved.  She was able to access the workspace throught the entire process of the build out even while I was going through my situation.  I sent the data backup to her as well after the build out was complete.  She is and has been in posession of the data when it was completed.

This lady is very rude to be frank.  She's insulted her own employee's while working with me calling her designer - "designer boy".  I asked that she not email me anymore because she was harassing me starting to refer to American's in a vile way. I cannot continue to communicate with someone who is just looking to pick a fight like an immature child using acrocymn's and such.  I'll post screenshots of the emails I am referring to you and you can get an idea of what I was dealing with.
