Good afternoon, today I am one of many more ex-employees that comes here to report this ''Company'' they called Exactacall. Just like me and dozens of agents this company owes me around 500$ from weeks 14th-18th of december (304$) and 18 -22 of January (192$) respectively. I used to earn 8$ per hour not to mention I did OT some times and this called ''CEO'' Thomas Crain is nothing more than a liar that if you google his name you will see that I am not the only one against this guy that doesn't even care a bit for employees and their needs as he doesn't PAY AT ALL, and all those agents who depend on the money that THEY WORK FOR to be able to pay their bills or feed their families.
This guy truly deserves to be taken down, and more stupid are the actual people that will still work for him after everything he has done, he pays whenever he wants and the amount of money that he thinks you deserve, not the amount that you actually work hard for. Not to mention on Dec 31st me personally I had plans and family dinner that I could not realize thanks to this guy that make sure that any of us got paid by that day or December in general, also I was getting married on that month something that I could not complete for the same situation.
For the record, I have nothing to hide, my name is Eddie Castillo and my agent ID there was 3001. Thomas I know like ALL THE REPORTS FILLED AGAINST YOU, you are reading this so just please PAY ME THE MONEY THAT I EARN because just like much more agents I am tired of your irresponsability and games.

Thomas Crain paid his dept with me. He is not such a bad person at the end he was going through ruff times... I really hope that he can pay like this in the future as well to the people that work for him... Ur a good man i hope u can fix ur faults.
