Exalibur Towing LLC Merlin transport Scam, Illegal stickering, Unlawful towing arlington Texas

Our apartment complex has a contract with Excalibur Towing. Recently both my trucks were stickered with the Orange stickers (with tow companies name on them) threatening to tow them. Personally I find it odd that they sticker and threaten to tow my truck each time I refuse to sell it to matinence men asking me to sell it. This is the 3rd time it's happened in a year. Our complex has in writing told the company several times not to touch my truck. While I am still filing a complaint with TDLR I'm also contacting an attorney and posting it here. 

It seems as if these "Tow rules" are only being enforced upon certain tennants. There were 5 other veichles next to mine that were in "violation of their rules" that weren't touched or warned. I verbally warned our property manager that under Texas law not only are the tow company in violation but so is the apartment complex. 

They are targeting older model trucks, like my 95 Ford Ranger and 93 F-150, assuming that given the age of the trucks we won't get them out. I've owned the ranger for 9 years and keep a close eye on it as I don't trust this tow company and didn't from the start when our manager brought them on, I warned her of their record and they told her that it was all a "minor infraction and nothing to worry about" However doing research on their reputation I've found out otherwise.
