I called about a add I saw in the paper to work for the USPS.  They told me that I would have to pay for exam materials and if I did not get a job, it was 100% refundable. 

I paid the $129 and got the exam materials.  I took the exam a month later.  Never heard anything about a job.  I scored a 86% (results were sent to me via mail).  So I know I passed, but they must have given the job to someone else.

I called to get a refund and they said there had to be a 12 month period in which the exam was not offered within a 100 miles of my area. 

I have waited the 12 months and no test has been given.  So I called the number on the sheet that I called last time and all of a sudden that is not a valid number.  The website cannot be found.  I called 411 and gave them the address at the bottom of the paper in Norcross, GA, and no such business can be found.

I go on to look on the internet for additional numbers, found 2 more.  Both of them are disconnected.  Two 800 numbers and a regular landline.  Numbers I called were as follows.... (800) 584-1859,  (866) 735-8779, (678) 291-1317.  Website I go to www.usworkalliance.com does not pull up anymore.
