Exantus Construction is the current name for the company run by Itzick Gregor Kohn aka Gregor Kohn, aka Greg Kohn and his family, which has included his son Kipper Kohn.   In the past this company was known as IGK Design Group, Tri County Contracting among other names listed above out of different addresses in Broward County including Davie, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale.  Don't be fooled if you don't see his name on the company records.   He has so many complaints and lawsuits against him.

This group is notorious for taking your money and then holding your home/property hostage. This group is also notorious for not paying their workers.

Also check Kohn's Federal Bankruptcy Records.  He filed bankruptcy in 2009 as an attempt to avoid paying damages due to to his customers.  If you review the court records, it seems he also tried to pull a fraud against the court regarding his bankruptcy filing  (i.e. telling the court he wasn't working, had no money etc but working under another name/company)

Reviewing the court records a number of plaintiffs against Kohn were represent by a lawyer named Richard Hussey in Fort Lauderdale.   If you have trouble with this group, you might want to call that attorney  (I am in no way affiliated with this attorney, just pointing this out)
