I was going to do the Exceed Homeownrs Reward program doo to door in my area here of Redding, Ca. But I felt that something was really off due to them not sending any gift cards out to the homeowners who do indeed sign a lifelong contract to limit their use of brokers to Exceeds list of them. And in the fine print, they give themselves a possible 4 months longer than a year before any gift cards are sent! Wow...sounds like a scam. So I called one of the brokers on their list of supposedly contracted brokers with them and I spoke to the owner. She had never heard of them. Then I walked into the Centurt 21 office and they too had never heard of the program! Spoke to the office manager. So that is two out of four on their list of only four brokers for Readding....never heard of them! That is fraud to represent that they are contracted with them to homeowners and the homeowners end up signing a lifelong contract to limit their use of only these brokers. Makes the contracts null and void, of course but I don't think they care, they are just trying to capture some ill gotten hefty referral fees for those unwitting homeowners that end up selling through the Exceed website. I wrote the manager, Sam, and the "CEO" of Groundswell marketing Allen, only to get chatacter assasination instead of direct answers to what I found. Steer clear!

the company really pays

AUTHOR: Sid - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, December 23, 2016

I was approached 2 years ago in a supermarket by a representative from Exceed. She told me about the company and the rewards given an a yearly basis . I had asked about the hidden areas about the program and was given the fullbreport about this program. I had chosen Coldwell Banker as my agent when I decide to sell my home. This has been the second $100 check I received yesterday in regard to this program. I do not plan in selling my home in the next 5 years so then I will be getting another 3 $100 checks. I do not see any problems with this deal. Pick a real estate company in good standing not a fly by night company. Maybe the people selling you the Exceed platform were scammers. Remember when you get someone peddeling there wares at your front door, be suspicions. Works for me.

Of course, don't address my facts...slander the messenger!

AUTHOR: Fabian - ()

POSTED: Monday, May 19, 2014

The facts are that all of the brokers were being used fraudulently without permission on their website as being "part of their network." And they had no brokerds license in Ca.! And, they have stipulations in their fine print to possibly not send out any gift cards for up to 15 months! So homeowners are suppodsed to sign up for a LIFETIME contract of their "approved" brokers, as a way for them to get referral commissions? Oh boy.

I really dislike scams and , or dishonesty in sales...and from my deligent research, that is exactly what they were doing in Redding. If you are a homeowner or a sales rep, all I ask is that you do your homework and make sure that the brokers are really aligned with this company. They were not in Redding! Fact.

And I happened to be a successful sales rep. There are plenty of scamming marketing companies signing up homeowners with gas deals that do not lower their gas bills in reality...very hard to do because p g and e rates are kept low by law! So many marketing companies train to get their contracts signed by fraudulently comparing their rates, to the second tier p g and e rates, which are higher due to delivey fees which are not effected by any retailers prices! The rep who wrote that rebuttal didn't seem to care about those facts when I  informed him about them. There are plenty of dishonest sales reps the deregulation industry. Beware!

Fabian is a do nothing , fault finding Idiot

AUTHOR: J manning - ()

POSTED: Monday, May 19, 2014

After hearing of the "rip off report" submitted by the one Fabian from Redding Ca, I felt obligated to inform the public of the history of this guy.

Mr Fabian is no stranger to me , as I have tried to recruit hime into  another businese . One being the deregulation of natural gas in californis. He expressed great interest in making a lot of money and I assured him, that if he would apply himself, he could earn great money. At the time, I was earning around $4000 a week. I only assumed that he was as bright as I was and that he could also be successful at the business.

WRONG! ------All Mr Fabian could do was find fault with every little detail of the State of California Approved Program. Accusations of fruad are an easy excuse for him to not ever get off his a*s and go to work.

Disregard his pety BS. He thinks he is a real value to society , but in reality , he is a loser. I have had to block him on facebook three times! he keeps coming back with a new profile and he really needs to get a life!

On the Bright Side....Exceed is a bonafide opportunity that does in fact have Broker Licenceses in 19 States and will soon have 43 States in the program. The program was created by the late Jay Coleman. Go to you tube and search his name. Look at the program from an intelligent viewpoint and then judge for yourself.

Exceed, Groundswell investigation conclusions

AUTHOR: Fabian - ()

POSTED: Monday, March 31, 2014

I just wanted to add, that I visited Century 21 and Banner reality, again,  and they both were emphatic that at no time had either one signed an agreement with Exceed and these are both blocally owned businesses, not part of some larger company where they wouldn't know..c21 being a franchise.

When I brought up these obviously c21 dishonest items to Groundswell, all they did was deflect, attract my good character, and called me a harasser. Beware! And read the fine print on their commission structure, you will see why when you do. God bless, Fabian

Exceed, Groundswell investigation conclusions

AUTHOR: Fabian - ()

POSTED: Monday, March 31, 2014

So after being threatened with a lawsuit, I decided to check with an attorney friend and I also visited both Century 21 and Banner real estate, both of whom were on the Exceed website as contracted brokers for their homeowners rewards program. They are both small local brokers and they verified that they in no way ever made any agreements with exceed and they were actually appalled that their names were being used in such a false manner. I was also told that exceeds marketing campaign had not begun in California, so the fact that they also did not have a current brokers license in this state was immaterial. That was also a false statement, as we know that they were indeed soliciting sign ups on their website, falsely claiming agreements with local brokers that  are provably false, or were false.

And if  you are a rep thinking of working for Groundswell, know that when I asked persistently about these issues, rather than seeing the truth here, they accused me of harassment, which is rather ridiculous. Read their fine print also in their commissions agreement...danger!

Please do some homework to make sure exceed is not pulling the same crap in your city. Read the fine print too,  before signing anything that may limit your sellers choices for a lifetime! Thank you, Fabian

Final investigation results

AUTHOR: Fabian - ()

POSTED: Sunday, March 30, 2014

So I did revisit C21 and Banner realty in Redding, both are locally owned small businesses and they confirmed with me that they had absolutely never entered into any contract with Exceed. Period. Exceed told me they would in no way send me a copy of those supposed agreements with four brokers in Redding who they had put on their website when they were indeed online marketing the homeowners rewards program in Redding, something that they denied to me. Those contracts do not  exist, and I can get sworn letterso t that effect from these local brokers whose names were being used dishonestly by Exceed.

Please, if you are  thinking of signing up with them, call the brokers on their list to make sure they are not made up agreements, as was the case here in Redding. And make sure they are indeed licensed in your state! They were not here and now have shut down. Homeowners deserve better! God bless, Fabian

Exceed Homeowner rewards program

AUTHOR: Fabian - ()

POSTED: Friday, March 28, 2014

I filed my original report and do wish to edit it, but I see that is not possible, so this is my correction. While I did my due deligence before going to work selling their lifelong contracts door to door, there is a possiblity that some of my findings are incorrect. I did indeed call and meet with three of what they claim is their contracted brokers in Redding and got negative repsonses from two owners and one office manager. Banner, Century 21, and one other whose name I cannot recall. Now, Exceed is claiming they do indeed have signed long term contracts with those brokers. I guess they started their online marketing efforts in Redding without directly contacting or reminding these brokers of the campaign? Hard to believe, but possible. So I retract that liar and fraud part of my original report.

However, they were indeed attempting to sell their lifetime contracts in Redding online without a current brokers license in Ca. which they confirmed with me. And their San Diego office says zero employees on the state of Ca. real estate dept. website. Representing that they were a broker and sel;ing contracts as such, or attempting to, is indeed fraud and not honest. I am happy that they stopped doing that in Ca. They very well may be doing business in other states completley honestly, but I implore homeowners to do their proper homework. Thank you, Fabian Asensio

final investigation finding...

AUTHOR: Fabian - ()

POSTED: Thursday, March 27, 2014

I did follow up with two of the brokers that were supposedly in a contract with Exceed, and they are both locally owned brokers. I was informed for the second time that in no way did they ever enter into a contract with Exceed. So not only was Exceed marketing online in Case. With no brokers license up to date, they also put false broker agreement info on their website. I was told by Exceed that they would not send me a copy of these supposed agreements, which would have cleared their name here...but those agreements in question do not exist. Please call the brokers on their list in your area if yo are considering signing up with them to make sure they are not doing the same thing in your area. God bless! Fabian
