I was contacted by Excel Loss Mitigation by telephone and they explained to me all the ways in which they could help me with my house. Originally I tried to do a loan modification and when that was denied I decided to try for a short sale. I paid them 1200.00 and they did absolutely nothing for me. I worked with 4 different representatives because they either were quitting or getting fired. They kept telling me offers were coming in and we were almost done. They even sent an appraiser to appraise the home. Now they will not return my phone calls. I try to call every day but it goes directly to voicemail even when I call the corporate office.
I started this process in August 2008 and thought this was my answer to avoid foreclosure but was I ever wrong my house is now being foreclosed on. My mortgage company said that there was never any documentation for a loan modification and that they were only contacted by Excel Loss Mitigation a couple of times and were never presented with any offers for a short sale.

I've gotten two calls from customers or clients of this Excel Loss Mitigation company that is based out of Texas that is listed onthis Rip-off Report that have been complaining about our company not returning their calls, taking their money, and losing their homes.
I wanted to set the record straight that our company, based out of Miami, Florida is not related to or affiliated to in any way shape or form to this company in Texas. We are a Short Sale Processing division within a real estate office "Optimar International Realty" in Miami, Fl. We process short sales for agents and homeowners in Miami-Dade, Brward and Palm Beach COunties and some in Orlando, Fl. Our Company is called Excel Loss Mitigation Services, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company. We work for and withing a Real Estate company processing short sales. We do not do Loan Modifications or foreclosure defense. Only Short Sale Processing for our ofice agents and local real estate offices. I have several short sale blogs since I am a short sale specialist and REO Certified agent and complaintants are calling me becsue they see my blogs and see the name Excel Loss Mitigation.
