excella debit card liars and thieves.purchased a card may 5th 2018. they put my wrong address in their system then when i tried to order something online it was denied ..i called excella 7 times to clear up the situation and they couldn't they sent me on their website to update my address and to no avail i was denied access to their website..now i have to use an atm and pay extra fees just to get back my money..i will never use or recommend anyone to use this EXCELLA CARD IT'S A RIP OFF lied and misinformed and flat out refuse to help Internet
