Exciting toys must be a scam. I placed an order on May 12, 2012 that was supposed to deliver in 10 days. Still no product, CC was charged the day order was placed. Online is the only way offered to contact them and they have not responded to any of the messages that I have sent. Order has stated "pending" since placed.
