To whom it may concern;

 As of this day 8 February 2012 I have yet to hear from the company referred to as exciting toys,   exciting toys adult pleasures nor Vobla inc. in regards to an order that was confirmed by said company. This basic e-mail stated that the order is currently being processed.

1.) order date took place on  Tuesday, January 31, 2012.   seller had guaranteed shipping within 5 days. In order to receive such special shipping you had to purchase  $59.99 worth of product in order to qualify for their free expedited shipping.


2.)  since the order was placed the account still shows that my order number still in the continuous process of being processedOr  "PROCESSING".   To remedy the situation I have made multiple attempts to call the company as well as send 3 to 5 e-mail correspondence through their contact us link on the website. It is been over for days now and I've not heard a word from the company nor received an e-mail correspondence stating  when the products would be shipped and their approximate time for delivery.

3.)   Through further investigation on the World Wide Web I have found out through not only the ripoff report but also other websites and blogs stating that this company is not legit and to do and no further business with them.

 It will be at this point I will contact my attorney  to bring suit to this fraudulent,  unethical, and unacceptable business practice.   I also intend on contacting the Better Business Bureau within the next 122448 hours depending on the response I hope to get him this company.   I'm definitely not counting on it!
