Exclusive Auto Imports Jonathan Angel False advertising accepted deposit refused to refund Pompano Beach Florida

Jonathan Angel advertised a 1991 BMW as 1 owner, we agreed on a price pending a deposit which was specifically described as "100% refundable". The deposit was sent specifying the 100% refund, the deposit was accepted by Jonathan Angel under these terms. 

The vehicle was discovered to be a 2 owner car, as verified by carfax, and because of that the vehicle was of no use to me. Jonathan Angel sold the vehicle to another party and refused to refund the deposit. 

Jonathan Angel has a history of poor service, poor vehicles, and multiple poor reviews. He is still in possession of my deposit, he has had his attorny send a letter in attempted intimidation. I made it clear to Jonathan Angel that all I wanted was my deposit back and that would be the end of it. His response was, "You think I have something to lose?... I don't give two s**** about some kid...I'm just a used car saleman". After reading various reviews of his business it is apparent that this is his way of doing business and he prefers to scam deposits and sell the vehicle elswhere with no intention of refunding the money.
