took my car down there for a check engine light and a oil change... They had my car for 4 days and when I got it back  the check engine light came back on. So I took it back to Lito and he said it just needed to be reset and he did something to it light went off.. I drove off next thing I know I am driving down 93 and the car stops running.. I pull over to the side of road and call Rick Boston he tells me to bring it in I do and he check it out and tells me my engine is gone cause I was runing with no oil... (mind you i just took it in to them for an oil change)  I ask how that could be ...Rick asked me when was the last time I changed my oil I told him you guys just did it.... He look at me like I was crazy and said no we did not.. I told him yes you did...

Just then lito walked up and i saw him and I said Lito did you change my oil the other day... Lito having no clue of what has happened said Yes I did... Rick looked at him and said no you did not  they want back abd forth about this for a minute until rick said fine look at the car and tell me what happen to make the oil run out.. Mind you I was not going to leave and rick tried to make me leave and stated all the laws of why I could not be in the bay when there are like 6 other people in there 1 with a bady. I told him I was not leaving... So he said fine  lito started to look at the car first thing he did was lift it as soon as he did I saw why the oil ran out it was cause they did not place the oil plug back in...  lito told RIck the issue and Rick came over to me and said that it was not their fault as he knows they placed the plug in the hole ...

I thought that was funny cause he just got done telling me that they did not do the oil change..... I asked Rick what are we going to do he said I can get you a new egine which I thought was real nice so i said sure okay  he said give me a minute he then asked Angie to call the people about a replacement engine for me 20-30 minutes later rick came out and said I got great news they can get your engine here in 2 days.. I was okay awesome.. He said so all I need is the cash to order it I was like what youm mean? He said well the engine is 795.00 I will not charge you to install it.. at this point I was like your crazy you guys messed up and now you want me to pay and trust you again. Rick said we did nothing wrong.... I told him I would have a tow truck pick up the car and I will take him to court.. As of today my attoreny told me there are like 9 opem complaints against this place.... So stay away go some where else cause even thought the starting price is low the ending is not it cost me 1600 to rplace my engine in my 2007 nissian....
