Exclusive Deal Shop I purchased three little cooling cubes:

Two weeks delivery delay requiring us to follow up. When requesting to cancel the order, we were told the order had shipped and could not be cancelled. Purhcased three units, one worked, one the fan speed select didn't work and one was missing critical parts and coul dnot be operated.

We were asked by "John" to provide pictures and did, to supporta@exclusivedealshop.com . Have yet to hear back after numerous emails and calls to the "support" line (833-814-7640) . What a joke!!! No one ever answers teh support line, you just end up in a vmail box.
