******watch out for Lemon Cars, the African owner is a crook*****Found this dealer online at cargurus.com, went to the place to check the car out. When I arrived the car smelled like someone was just smoking marijuana inside. I asked the sales person Roosevelt Lunn and he said he didn’t smell "anything”. I then took the car for a test drive and the car kept jerking as I accelerated and he told me it’s because they just changed the belts under the hood. After about 10 minutes we returned back to the dealer and began talking about a deal/price ect. The salesman wasn’t knowledgeable about anything, he kept leaving to find answers to the questions I was asking. After about 4 times this was done I asked to speak to the person he kept running off too. I forgot to bring the printout from the site I went to so that I can quote the actual price posted. The guy tells me a price that I knew wasn’t it, after a couple attempts he came to a price that seemed right(until I got home and researched and found out the $800 difference).
After having the vehicle for about 48hrs I continued to notice the car was still jerking upon accelerating and also when o step on the gas peddle it stuttered before taking off. I was at a traffic light and this happened and the vehicle behind me beeped their horn as if I wasn’t trying to pull off. That was my last straw, so the morning of(day 2 with the car) I took the car back to speak to the owner. I was told he wasn’t around and would be back in about 3 hours, I then asked who is the manager on duty and some unprofessional old guy said there’s nobody available. I then shared with him the nature of me being back and was told "welp you payed for it, the Cars yours now”. I couldn’t understand the unprofessional dialect so I said for him to come again. He said "well the car is yours you signed the contract so deal with the problem”. I sat there for a while to gather my thoughts to what to do next, I asked the same guy when was the owner arriving and he said again "3 hours”.
I walked to my car and began to pull off when I noticed the owner pulling into the lot. I sat in my car to wait till he entered so I can speak with him, he circled the lot for about 30 minutes on his phone. That same big guy walks back out and says the owner is on a conference call he can’t talk, I said no worries I’ll wait(45 minutes passed). They must’ve thought I was going to leave, but the African owner walks in and I’m right behind him. I went to his office and shared my issues with the car and he says I can’t tetuen the car but he would charge me $1200 to take it back. I have NEVER felt so bamboozled in my life, this African man was such a crook. I have him the keys and left. Buyers beware your better off going to a junkyard with some air fresheners and a bucket of water than to make a purchase from the "Lemon Lot Dealership”...

You knew there was a problem with the car before you bought it. You would also have been presented with a DISCLOSURE which told you it was an "As Is" purchase. Did you even bother to read it?
