This guy Roman sold me a completely damaged bad Volvo engine on Ebay. Before i purchase it i called him to make sure his listing on Ebay is honestly described the engine is in running condition with 130K miles.... He said yes, smooth talker assured me the engine is good. I paid $800 for this JUNK engine. His listing make the engine looks good by cleaning it and make it look like new. Upon receiving the engine took it to my mechanic to installation.. once installed and changing the oil and oil filter my mechanic noticed a lot of metal debris in the filter and the old oil. Immediately my mechanic informed me the engine doesn't look good. My mechanic start up the engine and it knocks at idle, he carefully rev up a little over 1600 rpm and the knocks was getting louder. We drove it around the block the engine siezed and dies within a block and half. The engine got bend rods and bad bearings prior selling it to me. This guy is DISHONEST AND LIES TIL HIS TONGUE FALL OFF. Filing a dispute with Ebay to get my Refund. I spend $700 to installed the JUNK engine received. His Ebay user : exclusive motors. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM or TAKE YOUR CAR TO HIM FOR SERVICE. HIS BUSINESS IS IN ROCKLIN, CA.

Never refused to return the Junk engine. The engine is already installed in my car. I paid $800 for installation, he can pay my mechanic $800 to pull his Junk engine out and have it pick up. He refused to do it. Going through Dispute on EBay and because it's a engine it requires for the seller to remove the engine at any cost and pay for shipping it back. The engine is Junk!!!! Why would I want it and that tell you he know what he did and sold me a junk engine!!! Playing if return the engine for refund. He know I would not pay my mechanic to pull this crap junk engine out.... He is hoping that's the case.

At Exclusive Motors we stand behind our parts and service, and all of our parts and service come with a guarantee. First, we would like to say that this gentleman has never been at our establishment and has never done business with Exclusive Motors sales or service department. He purchased a part on eBay from our used surplus parts store. We quoted him a 5-7 day delivery time, however, he needed it the next day so we hired a delivery service to deliver the part overnight at no additional cost to the customer.
The customer requested a delivery to a residential address and an apartment complex to be exact with no way to unload . The crate was unloaded for the customer and delivered on time. After a month, the buyer called and asked for a refund due to the part not working correctly. The parts from the eBay store come with a 100% money back guarantee. We agreed to the refund and offered to pick up the part. The buyer refused to return the item but still insists on his money being returned. We try to be fair and accommodating to everyone, and we expect the same fair treatment in return. We told the buyer that once the part is returned and inspected a refund will be issued. The buyer has since began to slander our business and the owner personally with false statements and accusations.
