In November of 2007 I recieved a phone call from an agent named Karee, asking if I was interested in selling my timeshare, i was skeptical and told her to call back and speak to my husband. She did and he listened to her babble on about selling it thru a bundle package to major corporations because it is cheaper for them to buy timeshares then get hotel rooms for business trips(i was listening on the other phone)weasked her alotof questions to which she had all the answers..found we were selling thru time shares now.
Anyway same old story...it was sold, they were waiting on 1 more person to send back their paperwork...blah blah blah...then we couldn't get in touch with anyone, can't file fraudulent claim with credit card co. because we authorized them to take the 1350.00, so now i am off to contact the better buisness bureau in FL. I read another claim to which this Eugene responded to acting like an "UNAWARE" employee, well obviously you learned a little something to start doing it on your own!

that is really sad that happened to you its probly because they are no longer in business its really a shame because i actually went with that company and i had a sucess they actually sold my property not for what they orginally told me but it the money was descent i was satified they probly didnt have enough time it is a long process i was about to give up !all i can tell is to be careful because there are scams out there just research the company do not be afraid to ask questions if they are legitimate it will not be a problem. Good luck on getting it sold if it was anything like my property it was a hassle
