For the past few months, perhaps even years both Joseph Sabeh and his wife Linda Sabeh have borrowed large sums of money from working class individuals as loans they promised to pay back. They have used other people's hard earned money to help grow the business of executive homes realty. The empire built by Joseph Sabeh and his wife has grown into a family business as their son has began working with his father.  

 

When I say large sums I'm talking hundreds of thousands of dollars from one family , a  half-a-million dollars from another, which must accumulate SEVERAL MILLION DOLLARS.  These loans however have NOT been paid back, many interest checks were actually BAD CHECKS which would bounce at the bank. Linda and Joseph both acted so innocently and always assured people they would pay their money back however they have failed to return both principal as well as interest on the loan.    

 

Sadly the husband has since then passed away however Linda Sabeh is a very smart thief who does not answer any phone calls of her clients. Linda HAS NIT paid a SINGLE dollar in interest since the death of her husband. She also  does to even have the decency to communicate with people who generously lent money to their business.  Her son Joseph JR declines any interest or affiliation with such deals, although its obvious that the money is business related as Joseph SR lured his clients into giving him money as a loan after selling their home.

 

With his sweet kind words and charming personality he was quickly able to get money from several families. It's so sad to see that their is people on this world who are creating such PONZI schemes. Joseph SR was a sweetheart to your face however one should not trust this business and deff should not lend them ANY money. These performances are very unethical immoral and above all illegal. Running away with someone's hard earned money is theft. Thieves should pay their debts to the victims as well as to society.
