Executive Inn Suites Ripped Off Told 999.00 on phone after responding to advertisement on craigslist.com then overcharged 1300 total Morgan Hill, California

 After reading article that read studio $999.00/month all uttilities all accomodations included on www.craigslist.com
I called manager of Executive Inn Suites 16505 Condit Road Morgan Hill,CA and asked if it was still available and asked for immediate move in. He set me up to check in the very same day. I go to check in and the Front Desk had not been informed so they get him over the phone and then tell me the rate had changed to 1200 plus another hundred for deposit until the end of stay so totally $1300.00.
I paid even though I was angry about being overcharged went to check out room with boyfriend. We walked into room that stank off tobacco smoke the couch was all stained and the furniture was all scratched up. We then checked out the bathroom and saw that the toilet wouldnt flush.
My boyfriend immediatly went up to the front desk and told them if they could change our room and they told us we would have to wait to talk to manager. Finally the manager shows up and my boyfriend tells him and he responds by saying If you give me more money I will give you a better room also you have to repair the toilet and we dont wash your sheets,no maid service and no breakfast in the morning you have to pay extra for any of that.
My boyfriend came back to tell me what he said and we just decided to stick it out and try to make the best of it. Three Days later we recieve a call from the Manager saying he is turning off the phone because .50 each call and we used it so much that we dont get our deposit back and if we pay another hundred dollars we could have phone back on.
I then told the manager I wanted money back and we would go somewhere else he responded and said no refund on monthly rate I will only give you a hundred dollars and their are no refunds.So we kept phone off and stuck it out just tried to make the best oof things. My boyfriend had then gone to the front desk and asked why he would charge us and that he wanted money back it had only been three days and we knew he was ripping us off.
He said there was no refunds and that next month we could go somewhere else. Now a month is about to be up we still havent had any maids clean room the toilet is broken and we arent allowed to eat breaksfast in the morning he tells 3 days before check out that we owe money for phone so we need to leave earlier and says we have to pay him more money and we can stay 2 more days thats left for the month we already paid for.  Its October 21, 2009 and we checked in September 23,2009 and we are recieving a falsly written document with outgoing phone calls for every day of the month that we stayed which is wrong because he turned our phone off on Sep 26th only three days into our stay. The Managers Name is Nelson and he keeps telling us we need to pay him more for the accomodations and everything that comes with getting a hotel room this is the worst kind of manager a greedy money hungry man that thinks he is going to get away with this. He continually says we owe money and lies and says if we pay him a hundred dollars he wont owe anymore at random.
He already overcharged us and lied to us about the rate being 999.00 for a month and when we payed 1300 and he has already tried to fraudently tried to charge us. I dont know who else  I need to talk to. He thinks he is going to get away with it because we tried to stick it out but it upsets me to be treated wrong and I will never come to this hotel again .
We are even being charged for incoming calls and room to room calls we rented room 105
