Moving My personal experience with Executive Movers only supports the many, many complaints that can be found on the internet. Here are the facts:
From Canadian Association of Movers:
The company is not a member of the Canadian Association of Movers.
They are not licensed as there is no such thing as being licensed as a mover. We do certify reputable movers.

Another Toronto moving company, Executive Movers, which advertises in the classified section of this newspaper, among others, also got an F grade at the BBB, and was the focus last weekend of a CTV Toronto expose by consumer affairs reporter Pat Foran.
The BBB lists Moses Matanda as the principal behind Executive, as well as being associated with company clones such as Diamond Movers, Kiya Halla Movers, Punjabi Movers, Raj Movers and Mohammad Movers.

She called Executive Movers, which said the cost was $40 an hour. The movers met her at the store and asked for a $300 deposit, promising to return the difference.
But after putting the item on the truck, they called their boss and said the bill would be almost $500.
"They wouldn't move any farther until I got more cash to pay the difference," she says. "I started to cry and said my husband would have a heart attack if he knew I paid more for the move than the furniture.
