Executive Moving and Storage Costal Movers, Oz Malka, Oz M. Enterprise Beware Las Vegas Oz Malka

BEWARE!!!! If you love poor customer service and crave being lied to then US National Movers (or a.k.a. Coastal Movers) is the place for you! I thought I did ample research but was fooled by false reviews on the internet. I was also not aware that Executive Moving and Storage was going to transport my items. I was preparing to move across the country and have made several moves in the past with no issues.

It took 3 1/2 weeks of not knowing where my household goods were. I tried calling U.S National Movers several times with no answer. I figured out they have caller ID and were dodging my calls. I ask my friend to call and they miraculously picked up and informed him that my items were loaded on a truck that morning. In fact, they actually asked him “where did you get this number?” When I called the actual carrier, Executive Movers and Storage, it had not been loaded on a truck and was still in LV.  Every time I called the carrier the date continued to move to the right. I decided to contact DOT but they could not help me until 21 working days which is approximately 30 days.  Moreover, when my items finally got to my location, many things were demolished. My dining room table was crushed, the art that I paid them to pack were just thrown in a box with no packing (not even paper), a nightstand flattened, my couch torn and many other items were in shambles.  I called to file a claim and they sent me to third party.  When I finally heard back after 120 days, Executive Moving and Storage offered me $84.00. 

Please, please, please do not fall into the trap I did. I should have dug deeper than internet reviews (which the company probably posted themselves). Furthermore, I made the assumption that all movers were pretty much the same. I say again, I have done this several times before with no issues. These companies take your items and know you can’t do anything about it! Do not use this broker or carrier.  I would not even give US National Movers and Executive Movers and Storage one star if I could do that. In fact, I would give them a negative rating.
