EXECUTIVE TIMESHARE MARKETING, INC., And SALESMAN CRAIG FREED LIED, MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES, VIOLATES FLORIDA STATUTE 501.615, MADE FALSE PROMISES, STOLE MONEY Tamarac Florida

Thank you for your time. I would like to give you a little background on my situation.

On March 10, 2009 I entered into an agreement with Executive Time Share Marketing. I signed a contract for their services, which was dated 6 days prior to me signing the contract. When I questioned this I was told that it had to be that way because that's when the contract was written up. When I received the contract on March 10, 2009 I noticed that I had 3 days to look over the contract and per Florida State Statue 501.615, I had 3 days to cancel.

Money was taken from my account on March 09, 2009. I did not submit my contract until March 10, 2009. ** it stated on their contract that I did not have to pay until they received a signed contract. Then I called customer service and tried to cancel the contract. I was told I could not cancel the contract by customer service manager Cherlyn. My property has not been listed in over a month. I called to complain on April 13, 2009. My property was finally listed on April 15, 2009.

One month and 5 days after I paid for the services. Prior to paying for the services of ETSM, I was told by salesman Craig Freed on March 10, 2009 that he had 3 people waiting to make offers, but he couldn't pass them on to me without payment. He advised me that one of the potential buyers was willing to pay 20,000 for my property and he guaranteed sale by the end of the week, which would have been March 13, 2009. I have not been contacted since I sent in the payment. I made complaints with :

Used deceptive tactics by lying to me about having 3 buyers lined up. They lied to me about posting my property.

I was lied to when I was told that my property would sell by March 13, 2009. I was told I would be able to speak with my salesperson when ever i needed to He has not returned any of my calls I have left 3 messages for him. I was lied to when I was told I could not cancel the contract.

My calls have not been returned I called April 05, April 13, April 15, April 16 2009. I have left several messages with no return call.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. IF YOU DO CONTACT THE AGENCIES LISTED ABOVE AND MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
