First they got my husband, who is parcially deaf and does not understand a lot of what is said on the phone, Ronda Sznicer, was very high power and pushy, every time i would say no from the background she would tell my poor husband another lie about what they could do for us. we tried to call and cancel the next day and could not get anyone on phones or on a fax we sent. she insisted that the other companys ripped us off and if we sent her our information she would get our money back for us.
When we finally did get them to call us they fooled us again by telling us that they had a buyer lined up and all they needed was our signatures, so of course wanting to sell the condo weeks,because we can no longer afourd or use them,we fell for this ripoff again.

Stonewall, i posted this for another complaint I had found, and I think it's terrible that your place hasn't been sold yet, but it must be some kind of mistake. My dealings with Executive Timeshare Marketing have been excellent. Really and truly, this is very surprising to me. When I had spoken to Rhonda, I was skeptical as all heck after putting my la costa beach resort on the market three times previously... but it sounded different than what i had done in the past, and I was willing to try one more time after Rhonda thoroughly explained everything to me and I had even recouped two of the fees I had lost before thanks to her direction. To my surprise, after about 120 days, my la costa beach resort went into closing for a discounted price. I recommend Executive Timeshare Marketing to anyone looking to their resort. Rhonda's efforts should be commended.
