EXI Parsons Canada Failure to Pay for Professional Services Rendered Richardson, Texas

My company, North Eastern Operations Group LLC based out of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, is a telecommunications management and services company.

In 2009, we performed numerous construction, engineering and technical services for EXI Parsons in Calgary, Alberta, Canada for the wireless communications customer, Rogers Communications Inc.

We have submitted invoices in 2009 in which we still have not been paid and have been ignored and had our invoice payments reduced, delayed and completely not paid since we ended our involvement with EXI Parsons in November of 2009.

EXI Parsons has intentionally refused payment on legitimate invoices for services rendered and has hurt my companies financial status substantially.
