I'd been looking for a way to convert my btc to cash cost effectively. Since this site contiues to garner only trustworthy assurances from all the "scam alert" site I did just that.

My trust could not have been more poorly placed. It was not even a very complicated plan. They gave me a very nice exchange rate and I sent them $300 worth in bitcoin. It took till the next morning but I recieved an email message acknowledging receipt of my funds and assuring me the order had already been processed and could show up "at any time".

That was three weeks ago. To date not one dime of my money has ever been transferred to my bank as was was agreed. I doubt there are options for me to recover even a small portion of my lost funds.

It's baffleing to me how they can just scam people outright and still continue to conduct business as usual screwing & scamming innocent victims. 

There is at the time of my filing this report only one other on file. Is there no recourse at all? I'm angry and having been cheated without question but I'm more concerned nothing at all is being done to stop  them.

They stole my money they are probably stealing from more someones as I am typing and you are reading this.
