Expedited Travel LLC RushMyPassport.com Liars and Theives West Palm Beach, Florida

I was in a rush to renew passports for my daughters for an impending trip overseas.   1/2 hour after contacting RushMyPassport.com and placing an order to expedite passports for them our plans changed.   I called and cancelled the orders.   I was told during the initial conversation with Cynthia that my order was fully refundable until the end of the week (Friday) at close of business.   The next person I talked with was Robert Weiser (the assigned travel specialist).  He sent me some documentation via e-mail and I was proceeding to do what was required to get the passport.   At no time during our conversation did he allude to or say that this was proceeding into a non-refundable mode.   After the plans changed, I immediately called back and cancelled the orders.   I was told I'd have to submit refund requests to the accounting department.  I submitted requests, but was turned down for refunds after an extended period of time.   I never received anything from these people other than some informational and procedural e-mails.   My orders were cancelled within a half an hour.   $258 BUCKS for 3 phone calls.   After reading that they have a D- from the BBB in South Florida and 177 complaints I finally got the picture.   These guys are theives and mis-represent their services.   STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!    I have filed complaints with the BBB and will be trying to reclaim my funds via small claims court.   American Express is also trying to recover funds.   I will notify all of the people they claim to have endorsements from on their website and see if they will pursue them also for misrepresentation.  This includes CNN, Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, MSNBC, and the Washington Post.   I cannot stress enough that you cannot trust these people.
