I have been attempting to restore my credit after experiencing some bad times in 1999 thru 2000. Now that I'm back on track, current with all my credit accounts and a new mortgage, the THREE major credit reporting agencies will not stop giving out bad incorrect information thereby denying me credit whenever I apply. One of the main issues is a company called Saxon Mort.
Saxon Mort was only used for approx 90 days in 1999 and then the paper was sold to XYZ Co. The THREE agencies refuse to remove the black mark even though I have furnished them all the docs, including DEED of Trust, confirmation letter by the new mortgage holder and the Escrow Co.
There have been unlimited inquiries on my account not made by me but also reported by the "BIGTHREE AGENCIES" that have also lowered my score. This is not fair to the consumer.
People we need to have this type of incorrect information and userious information, STOPPED.
Take the time to check your credit report, you will be suprised too.
