Experience works and the three people I've had to deal with since I've been there are total liars in my opionion.....the head woman in kentucky,LIED to me,,when she said she sent my packet in the mail....two weeks went by,I never got it..when I called her,,she said it got lost in the mail...she'd send another one....couple days later,I got it....but the following week..I got another one....she never sent the first one....  now the people merlin gives power to is unheard of seems he gives power to friends and relatives..he's taking advantage of the mentally hanicapped...telling them they have to work to recieve a ten dollar voucher from the store that takes in stuff people donate....they never check anything out to see if it works..99%of the time it doesen't..  I was hired to work in the wood shop..now I am in recycleing.....he has no money for wood but he needs  boxes built...I was a good employee..but the powers to be in kentucky,,said my paper work was not in order....yes it was ...everything was prim and proper...but they gave me a week off with oot pay..for thier screw-up...merlin has stuff comeing in but nawthing going out...he makes promises he cain't keep......the way people get paid is different....and I don't know how..he has no ability to run a bussiness.....by his own words.....I'm a farmer....thats what I wanta do. now merlin made a remark to wess.....the truck driver....and paul boyer...my co-worker.....that I was destroying bags..that I wasn't .....when I cofronted merlin about it he got mad and denied it   the end of june.we had to fill out a one day time sheet....don't know why..........when I asked him why I never got a statement about my hours in my e-mail......he got livid......now he says I am a good worker.......but I----and my coworker----just got seven days off with-out pay.....merlin says he's tired of the drama.......merlin is bringing all this on himself.........there is something not right about the way he is running this bussiness.....  also...OSHA needs to be notified.....breaking so many safty rules.......people running the fork lifts who are uncertified.........let them walk in unannounced and they'll see.......
