 Beware very poor service from this courier firm. They said they would deliver my front door key to my husband who was locked out. The key never arrived, instead they delivered my front door key and my address details to a random address in the same area (a business) which was then closed for the night. When I complained that their driver didn't check the identity or address he was delivering to, nor ring my husband on his mobile to check where he was ( he was waiting at the house for the key), they said'he was doing his best'. It cost £238 and they have refused a refund, despite the key not arriving and their security breach. They tell me they deliver legal docs, passports and keys regularly, but seem to have no proper protocols for identity checks etc. Beware using them, I wish I had paid a bit more and used DHL or one of the established companies.
