Explore Ur World withheld pertinent information on usage process: does not answer phone or return calls:has failed to provide program usage Miami Florida

 We purchased a travel program from Explore Ur World in Mazatlan in May 2012. They failed to explain the redemption process during the presentation and when we arrived home and set up our account we were told we had to give them up to ten weeks to sell and when the weeks were sold, we could redeem travel. We gave them 10 weeks, not realizing that they had to sell all 10 weeks before we could redeem any travel. We contacted them numerous times over the following months and continued to get the run around that not all weeks had sold but they should have redeemable travel by dates shortly in the future. We continued to contact Explore Ur World and for the past 2 1/2 years they do not answer the phone, it goes directly to voice mail, and they have never returned our calls. We have continued to make calls, now at the 3 year point and haven't been able to speak with any person. We have never been able to redeem and single dollar of our membership to this date. We purchased the travel for $1999, in May 2012.
