Worked for this company for 3yrs as a Telemarketer they were resourced from GURU.com. They have paid me regularly every week until the last 4 mths where they has been stall tatic after stall tatic.
I wrote them a letter of resignation on June 7th as I need to go into hospital and have a procedure performed they threatened me with a reducesd hrly rate if I did not provide them with 1 week notice. NOt sure about which part of having to have surgery they didnt understand.
I invoiced Chris Weniger the owner of the company for the 2 weeks that they had not paid me on June 8th. I have attempted to contact the company on numerous times including other managers and have apparently been ignored or they have blocked me off their system.
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SLOW TO PAY IF THEY DO PAY FOR YOUR FINAL WEEKS AT ALL

#1 UPDATE Employee
Company Policy
AUTHOR: Cweniger - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, July 01, 2008
Our company requires two weeks notice for all CONTRACTORS. Sandra was a contractor and part of her agreement like every other person that works for Explosive is that she give two weeks notice. This is the reason she was not paid for her last week.
