On January 7, 2014, I called windshield repair business after i had a rock crack my son's car windshield. I attempted to get it fixed right away, while in Tallahassee. Once I found out I was unable to get it fixed for a few days i called and received a website to enter repair request.

Later that day I received a message:

Thank you for visiting our website to set up your free gift card and schedule an appointment for your windshield. Do you need this as soon as possible or do you have a day in mind.

On my way back from Tallahassee on January 8, 2014, I receive a call from him. He started asking me all sorts of questions about the make of my car, etc. I then told him I had already filed out all the information on his website. I asked why i had to do all that againb. His resopnse was "I get lot's of emails and do niot have time goinging through them all..... Well, I should have know right there that i wasn't dealing with a "together" business person!!!

Long story short I gave him my son's phone number to schedule an appointment and again reminded him, i was giving him the work because i expected hime to confirm the repairs were covetred by my insurance company and I expected a $100.00 gift certificate to be delivered, as soon as the approved/satisfactory work was completed.

Well, my son did not collect the $100.00 gift card and when I emailed the businees I indicated tyhat if i did not receive what was promised, I would contact any and all State & Federal agencies accociated with fraud and planned to file reports.

His idiotic response was: "There was a simple oversight and i have never not sent what was promised. but being I think your attitute sucks i won't send you anything until all the people you mention in your e mail have contacted me"... Now you know the kind of idiot I'm dealing with!

I tryed to call him, after he sent that email and he siad he was too busy to talk with me... and to call back!

For the record: I have copies of all of our emails back and forth.... and since he appears to want complaint filed, they will flow freely!
