Express Consolidation, Inc. ripoff, abused & mistreated, Delray Bch Florida

I been in the debt management program for nine months now and I've never been satisfied with the company.

In December 2002, I was charged late fees by my creditors because they received payments from Express Consolidation late. I payed Express Consolidation on time, why should I eat the late fee charges. I faxed them copies of the charges and they said they'd take care of the problem. I called the following month and they said they never received copies of the charges and had no phone record of the conversation. I've tried three months to resolve this issue and each time they have no record of our conversation the previous month.

My payments keep increasing on my credit cards and now I've added late fees. I found this site and saw all of the responses of others who had been ripped-off. I'm finished with Express Consolidation, even though I'm worse off now, then when I began. I can't believe they're still in business.
