Express IT Options lists items for sale that they do not have in stock.

In addition, they listed an item for sale described as one item and then refused to sell it stating the part number was wrong and it was for another item.

Then they listed the itme I purchased back for sale at 7 times the price. They refused to honor the sale as listed.

Then they accused me of trying to take advantage of them and said I had no work ethic. What employee of a comany tells his customer they have no work ethic?

Do not purchase anything from this company. They also sell on e-bay as well as their web site ExpressITOptions.com.

Their e-bay profile is at 92% so they should be removed as they are below the 95% positive required. A lot of people gave positive feedback because they refunded the money so quickly, but did not get the item they bought.
