On 11/03/2015, Express Oil Change, Richard Brooks, CEO, located in Foley, AL solicited me for a tune-up, following a routine oil change.During the tune-up, Jerry Bundy broke off a sparkplug and it fell into my engine, destroying it. After several failed attempts to fix the engine in my 2004 SRX Cadillac, a used rusty defective engine was installed in my SRX. On 3/7/2016 I picked up my vehicle and it is barely running. I have expressed my dissatisfaction & frustration to Michael Johnston & Daniel Bundy, but their position is that they have provided me with a like-kind engine and any future problems & maintenance issues are my responsibility and are at my expense. Likis Car Clinic in Pensacola performed diagnostics on the engine & determined over $1,000 worth of repairs need done to the engine. Express Oil Change refuses to pay for these repairs.Due to nothing I did wrong, I'm suffering the consequences & dealing with the repercussions resulting from the breaking of the sparkplugs by the mechanic of Express Oil Change in Foley, Alabama.
