It's unfortunate that this establishment does not provide QUALITY Service for services rendered. My daughter needed a wheel alignment only to get a job half done. I think they thought because she was young (20 years of age they could get away with providing a half a*s job. Vehicle was running straight and upon getting the alignment the car is now veering right which is unacceptable. Went back to try to resolve the issue and would not fix the car. Went to another establishment and the car now drives straight.
Thank God for American Express, dispute and omit the payment.

Express Tire has poorly maintained, substandard equipment, and employees who barely know how to use it, so its not a surprise to me that you had this experience. They dont even care enough to respond to this report.
