Express Transaction Services, Inc. representative calls staff, states they are servicing the credit machines, asks for model number of credit card machines. Our employee, not knowing better, provides the information.

A cleaning kit is sent and then invoiced although no ordered. We contacted Express Transaction Services, Inc. and told them to send a pick up slip, twice, or the unordered items would be discarded. We will not pay the bill. They are going to wait a long time.
