Watchout--these people are about as dishonest as they come. They will tell you that a Battery and Charger is not included with the camera and then end up charging you $500 for them. I confirmed with a local camera store that the battery and charger are includen in the factory box for the same price. When I tried to phone customer service to discuss the problem--I ended up waiting for 50 min and then was cut off because they go home on Fridays at 2:00.

Beware beware beware--they do not have low price guarentee and they do not have 100% customer satisfaction.
