expresspassport.com Robbery! They take your money and disappear! Internet

This is the worst transaction I have ever experienced!

I reached out to expresspassport.com because I needed a passport immediately. I called the number they provided in the website and I would get a voicemeail. Since I really needed this passport, I called several times and after the 4th call, I get a representative. He was not friendly at all! It sounded like talking to me was like the worst thing ever and all I wanted to know was if I could get my passport in time to make it for my trip.

Anyhow, he suggested I sign up online. Which I did. They immediately take money out of my acount. And then as stated, I recieved my emails and a phone call from an agent "Melissa." She briefed me on what I had to do and everything must be turned in on the same day to recieve my passport on time. Upon haning up, I notice that the address for the agency that they want me to go to, was at another state! I tried calling her and left here a few message and I still have not heard from her.

I called the company and once again, it sends me to voicemail. I chat with someone online and he hung up on me and turned off chat. As of now, my transaction is incomplete. I am short of a passport and lost the hundreds of money I paid for their non-existant service. I highly advice people to NOT go through with this company unless you like to pay money and be thrown out on your own.
