I ordered almost $100 worth of products from Extended Lengths Beauty Supply on 12/8/09 for a Christmas gift. It is now 1/4/10 and I have not yet received product OR been refunded my money. I was charged via credit card the day after I made the online purchase. Once a week since the order, I contacted "Gia" via e-mail and she claimed she would get it shipped out ASAP. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EXTENDED LENGTHS. They will steal your money and not ship you any product.

Expect Delays

"Gia" is correct. I did receive the product - but almost a month after I ordered it. If you order from Extended Lenghts, you should expect delays in shipping. Along with "blogging" about my experience, I had to file a fraudulent charge claim at my bank (then withdraw it) because I thought the product was not coming. Too much work for me. I'd rather pay the extra couple of dollars and get it in an acceptable amount of time. Word of advice to the seller: don't process payment until you mail the product.

This customer recieved ther products on Dec 24th 2009 we have already fixed this problem, but customer insists on blogging to create problems for our business.
