Extended Lengths Gia Viscro Never Shipped Order While Charged Credit Card, Internet

Connie the person who answers the phone in the business mentioned Gia Viscro to be the manager and owner of the business. I don't trust either one, as Connie herself kept changing her story and plan of action. Long story short they charged my credit card for an order over three weeks ago but never shipped items requested. They evade responsibility. Don't give a clear answer. USPS has NO PROOF of SHIPMENT while they lie saying they have shipped. Very wrong and irresponsible customer service; they won't cancel the order to credit my bank account, they won't reorder, neither will they provide proof of shipment. This practice is as close to fraud as it gets to me. I will not do business with them and I wouldn't do so if I were you.
