I saw this product advertized on an infomercial offering a 7 day free trial period. When speaking to there representetive I was told i would only be charged .97 for shipping for a free 7 day supply i was charged $1.49
Not only was i charged $1.49 but they charged my account $49.41 the same day overdrawing my account which costed me an additional $35.00.
This companies service department tried explain away there dishonest buisness practices by telling me that by excepting the free trial i had enrolled in a monthly plan -well ok so what happened to the free trial period
When i noticed the overdraft i called the company 3 days after ordering the product and tried to cancel and they would not refund my money stating the product had alrerady been shipped. I was well within the seven day trial period and they refused to honor there own agrreement, this is all about being ripped off.
