Ive been ordering novelty collector items for some time now. i began using this website about a month ago because there websites kept changing due to server issues. supposedly. my first 30 orders came with no problem except for one. it got lost by the postal service and i had to email the company repeatedly to get my package resent. They wont refund, which was fine. its was a $139.00 package. the company acted like $139.00 can just wait its not a big deal. let me tell you, it is when you only make $8.00 an hr in pa. 

So i ordered a snail mail package, because overnite shipping is getting to be to expensive. i always get tracking numbers around 7pm our time and like 4pm there time.i never recieved an email with the tracking number. only a receipt from dressplex.i think nothing of it, but i did notice. i ordered several packages after this so they would show up at different times for different customers. i got all of those packages but not this one. so i asked for the tracking number i never recieved and copy and pasted the invoice and said id just like to know were its at. 3 emails later i recieve an email that says did you check the dates we sent it.then i get another one that says here it is again. no your welcome, no manners, etc. i copy and paste the tracking on usps site. item not found. i was thinking idiots cant even write a tracking number right. which has happened to me before with them ,but i recieved the package. they seem to screw up the standard snail mail numbers for some reason.

i went back thru all of my emails only to find out they sent me the tracking on the previous order, that i had already recieved. so dont order from them or one of your packages are probably not going to make it to you.
