By the time I received the "free" trail bottle and read the enclosed note stating that if I didnot cancel within 14 days of receiving product I would be charged $89.oo per month and automaticlly sent the product.

I ordered on Nov 7th, recieved the product approximately 10 days later. Misunderstood that I had 14 days to cancel, was billed on the 22nd.

Biggest frustration is that for me to call this company it is longdistance, only have a cell phone, they put you on hold for ever. I hung up many times before I put my phone on speaker and waited till they picked up so I could cancel.

My bank will NOT reverse the charges even though I donot want the product without a notice of cancelation, I explained I cannot get through to cancel. I had to cancel my credit card to have future charges.

Finally got through on Dec 1st, they said to bad, I should have read the terms and known it was not from when I got the product but from time of order....I couldn't win for losing so please donot order this product, you will lose your money.....how Oprah and Rachel Ray can endorse this rip off company is beyond me, I guess with all their money it wouldn't matter if the little guys get ripped off, they are probably getting big bucks for the use of their names etc....booh oprah, I have always held you in high esteem, no more!
